I was a multi-media journalist for the Florida Focus Newsbreak. Florida Focus is a two-minute News Break on WEDQ, a PBS affiliate, in the nation's 11th-largest TV market. Students in the senior-level course at the Zimmerman School of Advertising & Mass Communications of the University of South Florida report and produce the stories.










I anchored, wrote, and produced this News Brief under a 3-hour deadline for four months. I also designed PKGs, OTS, and VOSOTs and did on-field stand-ups.

Whenever I wasn't in the studio, I was backstage as the Technical Director, loading graphics and clips into the computer, worked as a Camera Operator, Audio Technician, or strengthened my abilities with the control board as TD.
